It started back in 2019

Wootup is the yearly Wooting community meetup, that started back in 2019 as half a joke. The first time was a small physical meetup, the following years, 😷 digital. This year, it’s time to physically come back together again!

The Wootup is all about the community coming together, talk with others, meet the team, learn more about Wooting, and enjoy the activities.

An afternoon full of Wooting

You will come together with like-minded people to talk about Wooting. Bring your own keyboard, join the events, and meet the Wooting team. The entire team will be at the Wootup, that includes members from Taiwan! 😱

There’ll be a talk about Wooting’s plans for the future and sneak peek to upcoming products. Afterwards, there’ll be various workshops where you can learn more about topics including product development, software development, and business development. You’ll head back home with knowledge, and more if you are lucky in the raffle.

The event is not free (€10 p/p), but runs at a loss. The space is limited to 75 people and we want to make sure you come, not waste a spot.

(Optional) bring your own keyboard!

We want to celebrate all keyboards, not just Wooting keyboards. Feel free to bring your own keyboard(s). And showcase it to us and other community members.

Hunger level

You won’t receive an elaborate meal, but there’ll be plenty of (free!) food and drinks available during the event to keep you running. Coffee, tea, soda’s, snacks, fruit, and sandwiches.

Goodie bag

Everybody is a winner and will receive a Wootup goodie bag filled with Wooting stuff 🥳

Tickets, tickets get your tickets!

Tickets cost €10 per person and there’s a total of 75 tickets. No ticket, No entry. You can purchase your ticket through Eventbrite here:

If all tickets are sold out, you can join the waiting list through Eventbrite, you will be notified as soon a spot opens up.

Can I join digitally?

We will livestream the Wootup opening talk, but the event has no further digital element. We tried to make it combined physical with digital event, but it’ll ruin the experience for one or the other. Not to worry, we’re planning a digital Wootup for later in 2023 <3.

Can I come earlier?

You can be a bit early... waiting at the door! We’ll open the doors at 13:00, if you arrive earlier, it’s a 3 minute walk to the city center to entertain yourself.

Can I bring my own keyboard?

This is your moment, bring it with you, and show it to others. All keyboards are welcome, not just Wooting. Perhaps we can also learn a thing or two from you!

Why aren’t the tickets free?

The space is limited to 75 people and we want to make sure everybody attends. By paying for the ticket, you’ll think twice before cancelling last moment.

If I don’t show up, do I still get the goodie bag?

No, we aren't a postal service.‍

Where do I park my car?

There are multiple PAID parking lots in the area, we recommend "De blauwe golven" Google maps link.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Do let us know in advance by email.

I’m a vegan, or name your diet

We recommend to bring your own food, as we can’t ensure the sandwiches will fit your dietary needs.
