Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details and link to your order detail page. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can sign into your Wooting Hub account to get a summary of past orders, your address details, and latest order details and status.
Shipping and delivery estimates
- If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery will depend on your destination and chosen shipping method.
- If your item is in backorder or pre-order, you can find estimated shipping and/or delivery dates on the product page, the cart, and checkout.
- You can find the latest product status and estimates for all products on the Product Status page.
- If you ordered multiple items that are both in-stock and backordered/pre-ordered, we won't ship the order until all items are available. The estimated shipping and delivery day is also adjusted to the latest available item.
- If you wish to ship your order in advance of completing all items, this will incur a shipping fee, you can make the request by sending an email to customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org)
All delivery timeframes are an estimate, the actual delivery time will depend on the item details and carrier. All estimates are based on business days, unless specified otherwise.

At this time there is no free shipping option for shipments outside the European Union. Instead, we offer prices excluding VAT (21%), economic postal services or express shippers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Certain countries (e.g. Canada, United Kingdom*) have taxes and duties included in the price and/or included at checkout.

We ship all our order from a 3rd part fulfillment in the Netherlands. Depending on your shipping destination, shipping times can take longer than indicated.
Depending on your country, the following shippers are available:

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Europe and 7-45 days outside Europe depending on the shipping service. You can find an estimate shipping time for each option on the Cart and checkout page. After selection, you'll see an estimate delivery date on the Cart page and/or checkout page.
When shipped with PostNL or Deutsche Post, once it enters your country, you can also trace it using your local postal online services. We recommend to keep an eye on your local postal services for the most accurate information.
We ship the majority of our orders from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV, United States. Depending on your shipping destination, shipping times can take longer and a different carrier might be used. Typically orders ship with either USPS, UPS or FedEx. International orders are often shipped with USPS.
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Free shipping/Economy/Standard: 5 - 10 business days
- Expedited: 2-4 business days
- International (non-US): 14 business days
PostNL / Deutsche Post
Typically if the carrier isn't able to successfully deliver the order, they will hold it at their local depot up to 1-2 weeks (country dependent). After this period, the package is sent back to our warehouse. You might not always receive a notification slip from the carrier.
If we detect this being the case, we will reach out, however, we urge you to keep an eye open and reach out yourself.
DHL Parcel / UPS Express
Typically if the carrier isn't able to deliver they will hold the package at their depot for pickup and notify you with an email or paper slip. You can contact DHL/UPS to amend your delivery address and set a new delivery appointment.
When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, we will reach out to amend any issues and double confirm a new shipment. Otherwise a full refund including shipping charges is issued. When the shipment is return due to fault of the receiver or it's returned for a second time, as full refund is issued excluding the shipping charges.
Please make sure your address information is correct before confirming your order and/or to notify the receiving party.
International shipping destinations (outside USA/EU)
The Europe/International store is purposed for the European Union and International orders (outside the European Union). If you live in the United states, it's recommend to change your region to the United States.
We also ship to the United states and Canada from the European/International store, but the shipping rates are different from the regional store(s).
Duties & Import Taxes
If your order shipping destination is outside the European Union. Your order may be subject to taxes, duties and/or custom fees charged by the country of destination through the carrier.
A select amount of countries can import tax and duty free up to a threshold value. We recommend you to to contact or visit your destination country's custom office (website) for more information on import duties and taxes.
No VAT charged
We send all items with an invoice valuing our product excluding VAT (21%).
The prices to international customers' are excluding VAT (21%), if it's not the case, it'll update after filling in your shipping address during checkout.
Netherlands -> USA Shipments
It may occur that we will make our inventory in the Netherlands warehouse available for orders in the United States. We made this option available to help fulfill exclusive or temporarily out of stock products in USA that are still in stock in the Netherlands.
All the shipping guidelines, warranty, and returns still apply for these items. You usually will not incur higher shipping fees. Certain items always ship from the Netherlands.
United Kingdom (UK) Customers
Welcome to post Brexit. Please go through the following information carefully to understand if you are applicable to import taxes and duties, or if we collect these taxes for you.
Prices on the store include 20% VAT. When you proceed to checkout and fill in the shipping information, the store will calculate the final and correct amount. Alternatively, this is calculated on the Cart page.
If you live in Northern Ireland (NIR) you're exempt from British import regulations and are charged 20% VAT in all cases. The following is then not applicable to you.
Goods valued below 135 GBP
We collect UK VAT when the value of goods excluding VAT are below 135 GBP.
The value of goods is the the order total minus shipping, software, or service costs. "Goods" are physical products we ship to you.
You can calculate the value per item by deducting it by 20% VAT. For example:
Wooting two HE: 158 GBP / 1.20 = 131.67 GBP
Goods valued above 135 GBP
When the value of goods excluding VAT are valued above 135 GBP, we collect duties and taxes (VAT) at checkout. The prices will be displayed might display excluding 20% UK VAT on the store, and calculated at checkout.
The import taxes and duties are paid through the courier. This is why only couriers with DDP delivery options are available (DPD and UPS).
When can I expect my order?
European Union / International
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including tracking number. Delivery will take 2 to 5 business days after the order has shipped (Europe), depending on your chosen shipping method and shipping destination.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please make sure that you keep the shipping and billing address within the same country to avoid any holdup.
We are unable to deliver to a PO box.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your submitted order is automatically prepared by our warehouse but doesn't ship until the following "shipping day". You can still amend or cancel your shipment before the next shipping day.
