Optimum × Wooting
"When I wanted an upgrade for my 60HE, there was nothing on the market that felt right - so I created it with Wooting. This collaboration is my perfect keyboard; minimal branding, neutral aesthetic, with a focus on premium materials, machining, and user experience. The case is thick, heavy, and anodized to an amazing sparkle and feel. The colour is a 1-on-1 match with my FX3 cinema camera, framing the 60HE like nothing else. Completely blank, primer-coloured keycaps were added, and the polished case mirror became the final statement - hidden when the keyboard is in use, but never forgotten."
Optimum
The case
For this case, we followed Optimum’s vision. A minimalistic keyboard case, with thick bezels, rounded corners, a gun gray anodized finish. We added an accent piece to give the case some shine, without compensating its minimalistic design.
The keycaps
To adhere to the minimalistic feel Optimum is after, the keycaps have no legends. The gray colour complements the slightly darker case, adding depth to the overall design. For now, these keycaps are only available in ANSI layout.
Friction fit pad
The friction-fit pad is an alternative to the traditional sandwich pad for your 60HE+ (module). It holds the module securely in place using friction alone, eliminating the need for screws. This design minimizes the amplification of sound inside the case, clearing up the sound profile. Additionally, the friction-fit pad helps soften your keypress and enhances typing comfort.
