Region Specific Details

• Import duties and taxes apply when prices are shown excl. VAT in the cart and/or checkout. When applicable, these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. The taxes and duties amount depends on the shipping country, please consult your local government customs agency for more information.
• Shipping fees are added on the cart and/or checkout page. The amount will depend on your selected carrier and order volume. For more information, please see our shipping policies.

Please see our Return, Warranty, and Cancellations policy page for details. The following is a short snippet of our policies:

• Product warranty ranges from 2-year up to 4-year of manufacturer's warranty. Your warranty doesn't go into effect until the date we have shipped the keyboard
• Defective items within 30 days of arrival, depending on your country of residence and type of damage we will either send a new unit or a replacement part. Wooting Store will cover all cost associated.
• Defective during warranty our goal is to resolve warranty claims by repairing or replacing the affected product. Wooting Store will cover shipping and part costs. In case a repair is requested, we do not cover shipping fees to our repair location. Repairs and return shipment to you is covered under warranty.
• Return within 30 days of arrival, no question asked. Depending on country, return shipping fees might apply.
• Refunds process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If there is any notable or irreversible damage on the product we will require to withhold a repair or depreciation fee from the refunded amount. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are included in the refunded amount with the exception of express services: UPS Express, DHL Express, FedEx.

• Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Europe and United States and 7-45 days outside Europe/United States depending on your selected shipping service. You can find an estimate shipping time for each option on the Cart page. After selection, you'll see an estimate delivery date on the Cart page.

We accept credit card payments for all countries. Depending on your shipping country, we may in addition offer local payment services.

All payment methods are processed immediately.

Amounts listed on each product page. You order total and per item prices are in addition displayed on the cart and checkout page.

Anyone can report a vulnerability or security concern by contacting security@wooting.io. We take all disclosures very seriously, and once we receive a disclosure we rapidly verify each vulnerability before taking the necessary steps to fix it.

• 輸入関税と消費税 カートやチェックアウトで価格が消費税抜きで表示される場合、輸入関税と消費税が適用されることをご了承ください。適用される場合、これらの税金と関税は受取人が負担することになります。配送先国によって税金や関税の額は異なりますので、詳細はお住まいの地域の税関にお問い合わせください。*日本の輸入消費税は、一般的には10％です。
• 送料 UPS - Express Saver, ¥6,300, 発送から3 - 6営業日でお届け予定。FedEx - Economy Export, ¥4,100、発送から3 - 6営業日でお届け予定。Deutsche Post - Economy Postal, ¥3,300、発送から14 - 30営業日でお届け予定。カートおよび/またはチェックアウトのページで計算され、追加されます。金額は選択した運送業者と注文量によって異なります。詳しくは、配送ポリシーをご確認ください。

• 製品保証 当社の製品保証は、メーカー保証の2年から4年までとなります。保証が有効になるのは、キーボードの発送日から開始されます。
• 不良品 商品到着後30日以内の不良品は、お住まいの国と破損の種類に応じて、新しいユニットまたは交換部品をお送りします。この際、関連するすべての費用はWooting Storeが負担いたします。
• 保証期間の不具合 保証期間中に製品に不具合が発生した場合、修理または交換により保証クレームを解決することを目的としています。送料および部品代はWooting Storeが負担いたします。ただし、修理を依頼された場合、お客様から弊社修理拠点までの送料はお客様の負担となります。修理とお客様への返送は保証の対象となります。
• 返品 また、商品到着後30日以内であれば、問答無用で返品可能です。ただし、国によっては返品時の送料が発生する場合があります。ご了承ください。
• 返金の流れ 返品商品が当社に到着し、検品が完了次第、商品の受領をお知らせするメールをお送りします。その際、返金の可否についてもご連絡します。製品に大きな損傷や修復不能な損傷がある場合、返金額から修理費または減価償却費を差し引く必要があります。返金が承認された場合、返金処理が行われ、一定の日数以内に返金額は自動的にお客様のクレジットカードまたは元の支払い方法に適用されます。送料は、エクスプレスサービスを除き、返金額に含まれます：ただし、UPSエクスプレス、DHLエクスプレス、FeDexは除外されます。ご了承ください。
