Job description

You are Wooting’s Talent Operations. Your primary focus is attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support Wooting’s continued growth. In addition to recruitment, you will contribute to employee development, wellbeing initiatives, and people-related projects that help create an engaging and productive work environment.

You start your day reviewing new applications that came in overnight. Several promising candidates have applied for open positions, so you carefully assess their backgrounds and shortlist candidates who best align with both the role requirements and Wooting’s culture. Later, a hiring manager reaches out on Slack to discuss an upcoming vacancy. You define the ideal candidate profile, refine the job description, and align on the interview process. You then publish the position and proactively source talent through various channels.

As Wooting continues to grow internationally, you support hiring efforts across multiple countries and collaborate with managers and candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. You enjoy helping teams find the right people while ensuring candidates have a positive and transparent experience throughout the hiring journey.

Beyond recruitment, you contribute to onboarding improvements, employee wellbeing initiatives, learning and development programs. You enjoy collaborating across teams, improving people processes, and helping create an environment where talented individuals can thrive.
