Wootility is the software every Wooting customer uses to get the most out of their keyboard. It's a product our community genuinely loves, and one we put a lot of care into - which makes it a meaningful thing to work on.
You'll be part of the Keyboard Team, a small group of developers and a designer who work closely together to build software that feels as good as it works. In collaboration with our UI/UX designer, you'll take ownership of features and improvements end-to-end, from understanding the problem to shipping the solution. As you get settled, you'll also start spotting things that could be done better - the small ones you'll handle yourself, and the larger ones you'll bring to the team with a clear picture of what's needed.
As a Medior Frontend Developer, your work will vary. One week you might be building out a new configuration flow, the next you're improving an existing part of the UI that's been on the backlog, or researching how to approach a more complex technical challenge. You'll join regular team meetings, participate in code reviews, and keep your team leads updated on where things stand - all in an environment where questions are welcome and communication is open.

Remote work
The entire team works remotely from home, shared workspaces, cafes, or a combination -wherever you're most productive. While we have offices in Taichung, Taiwan and Taipei, Taiwan, there is no official office in the Netherlands. Office time is not mandatory; instead, these spaces serve as places for collaboration, sample storage, and equipment to help you get the job done.
The Wooting team is primarily located in the Netherlands and Taiwan, with some team members in other countries around the world. The Netherlands largely consists of developers, marketing, and customer service. Taiwan largely consists of product development, finance, and customer service.
We communicate entirely in English through a mix of voice calls and asynchronous messages.

- Digital Ocean for project hosting and data/asset storage
- Linear for project management & issue tracking

- Gather for voice communication

- Notion for documentation, collaborating with other departments, and general company info
- Google Workspace for email, cloud storage, and calendar
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related study or self-taught with demonstrable projects
- 2-5 years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong experience React, TailwindCSS and TypeScript (or other type-safe languages/frontend frameworks)
- Experience working with design systems, design tokens, and component libraries
- Comfortable with Git and code review workflows
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Optional Skills
- Familiar with development for desktop targets
- Experience with integrating apps like Discord, Keyboard RGB software or System Notifications
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML)
- Experience with internationalisation (i18n) workflows
