v5.0.0-beta.7 - Better RGB app compatibility and more

This release includes one really big improvement, where we've been able to improve Wootility running at the same time as 3rd party apps that control the RGB on the keyboard. With the latest firmware and Wootility, the device should now keep a stable connection with Wootility.

- [80HE] When an RGB SDK App is being used, the lightbar will now stay working. (In the future we will have an option for the RGB SDK to control the lightbar)
