Product Refurbishment Specialist / Full-time / Netherlands

At Wooting, we put everything into creating top-tier gaming keyboards, and when they come back as returns, we don’t just toss them aside. Instead, we give them a second life.

As the Refurbishment specialist you’ll not only be working hands-on with refurbishment, you’ll also be creating workflows, processes, and improvements that will be implemented across fulfillment centers around the world. You’ll become a vital part of the Wooting refurbishment project that takes place in our pilot location Gorinchem, The Netherlands. That’s why we’re also looking for someone in its vicinity.

You’ll spend 2 to 3 days per week on-site performing the current refurbishment process that includes opening returned products, run with our test software, check for missing accessories, clean and repackage the product, and prepare it for resale on our win-win store area. You’ll also keep track of the returned stock and refurbishment status.

The remaining 1-2 days per week you’ll be at home refining and further developing the refurbishment project, such as organizing accessories, updating documentation in Notion or handbook, creating (new) refurbishment flows in Figjam.

You’re not alone, you’ll be supported by your colleagues in technical team, product development, and customer service. And when more hands are needed, your colleagues in the Netherlands will come help out. In the long term the goal is to systemize and outsource the step-by-step work to our 3pl fulfillment partners that will follow your guidelines.
