## Exchanges & Returns Policy

* **Product warranty** ranges from 2-year up to 4-year of manufacturer’s warranty. Your warranty doesn’t go into effect until the date we have shipped the keyboard
* **Defective on arrival (DOA)**
  * Depending on the situation, we may provide a full replacement, replacement parts, or request a return
  * Wooting covers all associated costs (excluding import duties/fees)
* **Return within 30 days of arrival**, no question asked. Depending on country, return shipping fees might apply.
* **Refunds process:**
  * All items must be disassembled, returned in good condition, and include the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a deduction from the refund.
  * Upon delivery to the warehouse, the inspection process may take up to 14 days. You will be notified once the review is completed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. If a refund is not approved, you will be contacted with further details and next steps.

## Delivery times

* Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Europe and United States and 7-45 days outside Europe/United States depending on your selected shipping service. You can find an estimate shipping time for each option on the Cart page. After selection, you'll see an estimate delivery date on the Cart page.

* **返金プロセス**
