How do we operate?
Our tight-knit team doesn't operate like most companies: we value the perspectives and opinions that individuals at all levels can offer our business.
With that, we expect that each and every person strives to make meaningful contributions, not just in their specific role, but across the business.
While most of the team is located in the Netherlands and Taiwan, we all work remotely out of a virtual office and all communicate in English. Therefore, we're open to applications from around the world.

You make a proposal to the marketing team, so they can help craft a compelling new headline and images, targeting a specific pain point of our potential customers.

Electrical Engineer / Full-time / Taiwan
A new product concept is in development, and you’re invited to give perspective on the technical challenges. When the product concept starts to take shape, you begin brainstorming the PCB requirements and components in collaboration with the CTO and Senior Electrical Engineer. In close contact with the industrial designers and mechanical engineer, you will be challenged to create smarter or different solutions to create an efficient and effective electronics boards for the product. A solid idea and plan emerges.

Your organized mindset keeps the flow of goods running and your experience in the world of logistics finds new opportunities for Wooting to excel in its operations, meeting delivery estimates while saving costs. Your responsibilities range from, but not limited to, managing inventory levels, coordinating cross-border freight, shipments and deliveries, analyzing shipping costs and efficiency, and documentation of movement.
