The Job
Content creators and pro players reach out to us on a daily basis wanting to talk keyboards. They are interested in reviews, sponsorships, barter deals or other ways of working together. We are looking for the person who can be the point of contact for these requests. You’ll ask the right questions and know which creators are actually a fit for Wooting.
You'll own the day-to-day relationships from the first "hey, would Wooting be interested in..." message all the way to a finished deal!
But we don't want all of those relationships to live behind a screen. You'll also help us strengthen Wooting's presence in esports by getting closer to the scene itself. That means attending selected esports events, meeting players, teams, managers, and creators in person, and building the kind of relationships that don't start with a sponsorship request in an inbox.
For someone who loves competitive gaming and enjoys talking to the people behind it, there's a lot of room to make this part of the role your own.

Remote work
The entire team works remotely from home, shared workspaces, cafes, or a combination -wherever you're most productive. While we have offices in Taiwan, there is no official office in the Netherlands.
The Wooting team is primarily located in the Netherlands and Taiwan, with some team members in other countries around the world. The Netherlands largely consists of marketing, developers, and customer service. Taiwan largely consists of product development, finance, and customer service.
We communicate entirely in English through a mix of voice calls and asynchronous messages.
What you'll do
- Maintain our PR and marketing inbox. Organize and respond to creators, influencers and pro players in a timely manner.
- Lead conversations with content creators and pro players about sponsorships and barter deals.
- Keep track of and measure the impact of barter deals with creators and pro players, and proactively follow up to ensure the deliverables are created.
- Coordinate with the wider marketing team to make sure strategic partnerships work into campaigns, launches, and community moments.
- Be our support at esports tournaments: if a pro player has a last minute keyboard issue or a product question mid-event, you're the person they can call.
- Represent Wooting at our booth at events and expo’s like Gamescom, COE. Talking products with fans, customers and creators.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable owning conversations independently. Replying to a pro player or a creator's manager doesn't intimidate you
- You love esports.You actually watch matches and follow the scene. You have a good technical understanding of peripherals
- You can tell us who or what would fit Wooting and why
- Organized and reliable with follow-through, deals and relationships don't stall because something got forgotten
- Strong communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You love esports. We mention this twice because it’s that important.
- Comfortable travelling within Europe and occasionally further for relevant esports events and shows (like a Major in Shanghai)
Nice-to-haves
- You understand MOBAs (LoL, Dota 2) and are familiar with their esports scenes.
- Prior experience with influencer marketing, PR, talent management or esports
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant study or self-taught experience with related demonstrable projects
- Existing relationships in the peripheral YouTube creator space or esports scene.

- You can be located anywhere in the Netherlands, Germany or Denmark

- Salary range: € 2,400 - 2,800 (Based on experiences)
