Job Description

You’re someone who’s passionate about gaming, keyboards, peripherals, and desktop setups, and you genuinely enjoy spending time in enthusiast communities.

Your day might start by checking QQ, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and other Chinese gaming and enthusiast communities to see what people are talking about. A community member just shared their new Wooting setup, another enthusiast discovered an interesting way to use our features, and someone else shared valuable feedback about their experience. You collect these conversations, share the highlights with the team, and help make sure the voices of our Chinese community are heard within Wooting.

Later in the day, you join a brainstorm session with Wooting global marketing team for an upcoming product launch. During the discussion, you bring insights from the Chinese community into the conversation — sharing what you’ve noticed across QQ, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and Douyin, and discussing why certain ideas work well (or don’t) with Chinese enthusiasts. Together with Chinese colleagues from different teams, you help shape how Wooting communicates locally while staying connected to the global brand.

After the meeting, you start working on content for Wooting’s Chinese channels. You might plan a Bilibili video, prepare a Xiaohongshu post, coordinate with creators, or write a community update about the latest product news. You’re always thinking about how to communicate Wooting’s values in a way that feels authentic to Chinese enthusiasts, rather than simply translating global messages.

Before ending the day, you review discussions and feedback from recent posts. You notice a community member asking an interesting question about a product feature — something that could become a future content idea or valuable insight for the product team. You make a note, share it internally, and continue building the connection between the community and Wooting.

Whether it’s organizing community events, creating content, gathering feedback, or discussing ideas with colleagues around the world, you’re hands-on in helping shape Wooting’s presence in China. You’re not just managing social channels — you’re building a community where enthusiasts can connect, share, and feel part of Wooting’s journey.

Your Main Responsibilities

Community Management & Engagement

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Wooting’s official Chinese communities and social media channel (related player communities), creating an environment that is welcoming, open, and respectful.

You’ll help maintain community standards, stay connected with core community members, manage community moderators, and occasionally organize online events. You’ll also help develop community guidelines and strategies tailored to Wooting’s Chinese community members and communicate important announcements, product news, and updates to the community.

Content & Social Media

You’ll manage Wooting’s presence across Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, and other Chinese content and social platforms, including publishing content, engaging with users, and gathering community feedback.

You’ll keep up with player conversations and platform trends, identify content and communication opportunities that fit Wooting, and develop platform-specific ideas and strategies to strengthen Wooting’s presence and brand awareness among Chinese players.

Community Feedback & Insights

You’ll keep a close eye on conversations and feedback about Wooting across QQ, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, and other relevant communities.

You’ll identify and summarize important product issues, user needs, suggestions, and community trends, and communicate them to the relevant teams so that the voice of Chinese community is heard within Wooting.

You’ll also identify great community-created content, positive feedback, and authentic user experiences, and explore ways to incorporate them into Wooting’s brand and marketing efforts.
