Installing Keycaps
If your Wooting 60HE+ is an ISO model, it comes without keycaps pre-installed. Don't worry, installing them is simple and a great way to bond with your new keyboard.
Depending on the keycap set you have, installation can be as easy as transferring them straight from the blister tray onto your keyboard. Press each keycap down firmly so it sits snugly on the switch.
Above, you'll find a visual layout of all available ISO keycap languages for reference. Select the language of your keycaps and get started!
Pulling Keycaps
If you've messed up your keycap placement, need to pull out the PCBA, or you want to install a brand new set of keycaps, it's time to master the art of keycap pulling.
Your Wooting 60HE+ came with a special 'keycap & switch puller', a tool that functions both as a keycap- and switch puller. Make sure to use the right side of the tool (the side that says 'keycap) and follow the instructions below.

1.
Align the puller over the keycap and push down. Make sure it *clicks* on both sides.

2.
Pull with one hand straight up. With your other hand hold down the keyboard.

Sandwich Pads
The module comes pre-installed with the Silicone sandwich pad. The Silicone sandwich pad dampens a broad range of frequencies, reducing overall volume, and emphasizing the remaining crisp “clacking” sounds.
You can choose to swap the Silicone sandwich pad for the Poron sandwich pad. The Poron sandwich pad dampens high-frequency clacking noises, enhancing the keyboard's low-frequency “thock” sounds.
You can see how to swap the sandwich pads in the video below.

O-Rings
You can place these self-adhesive silicone o-rings on each of the stand-offs. This will protect the PCBA from damage caused by metal stand-offs.

Cases
Your Wooting 60HE+ Module is compatible with most 60% cases following the GH60 standard.
The official Wooting Alumaze60 case has subtle curvatures creating a unique looking aluminum case and breaking away from those typical rectangular shapes. Check it out here.
When checking if other 3rd party cases are compatible, if you're in doubt ask our discord community or check the community validated list.
The Wootility
Wootility is the software to configure your keyboard with. We have two versions of Wootility.

Keyboard modes & shortcuts
Not having arrows is fine, except when you're an archer. That's why we added arrow keys, as well as other useful shortcuts, to your Wooting 60HE+.
Out of the box, your Wooting 60HE+ comes with 2 additional function layers that can be accessed using the Fn1 and Fn2 keys.
Below you find the default mapping, but anything can be changed in Wootility. None of the default functions are imprinted on the keycap, so you don't get confused when making your own.

Profiles
Your Wooting 60HE+ has two default profiles installed on board, a typing profile and a gaming profile (faster actuation and Rapid Trigger enabled).
You can save up to 4 profiles on your keyboard that can be accessed anywhere.
Hold down Fn then press Return
Hold down Fn then press O,P,[ {, or } ]
*Regardless of the language layout, the location is the same. Text is based on ANSI US English.
