We are looking for a B2B Account Manager responsible for managing and growing business relationships across the APAC region, with a primary focus on the China market and key strategic partners in Japan.

This role will own accounts end-to-end within the assigned region, including client relationship management, onboarding new partners, quotation handling, and order coordination.

Remote work

The entire team works remote from home, (shared) workspace, a cafe, or a combination. There is no official office in the Netherlands and an office in Taichung, Taiwan and Taipei, Taiwan. Office time is not mandatory, instead it’s a place for collaboration, sample storage, and equipment to help you get the job done.

The Wooting team is primarily located in the Netherlands consisting of customer service, developers, and marketing. The second largest concentration of the the team is located in Taiwan consisting product development and customer service. There are also colleagues in Canada, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom, and Norway.

We communicate entirely in English.

Job details

Account Management
  • Manage B2B client relationships across China and APAC (incl. Japan)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and partners
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships
Partner Management & Onboarding
  • Identify and evaluate potential resellers based on company criteria
  • Select and onboard suitable regional distributors and partners
  • Guide partners on operations, product knowledge, and workflows
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure smooth collaboration
Sales Operations
  • Prepare quotations and communicate pricing with partners
  • Coordinate orders and align with internal teams for fulfillment
  • Oversee shipment processes and follow up on order status
Internal Collaboration
  • Ensure transparency by keeping relevant stakeholders informed
  • Share regional insights, partner feedback, and market trends with internal teams

Skills required

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Experience in working with China market.
  • Experience working with Japan or APAC markets is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Salary and benefits

  • Full-time position (Local contract with health benefits and insurance).
  • Salary start with NTD$50~ 70K, depending on prior work experience.
  • Budget for purchasing office equipment
  • Budget for working outside of home if preferable, such as co-working space or occasional coffee spot.
  • 20 paid holidays per year in addition to the Taiwan National Holidays
