Backorders Status Check and Update

Practically all of our products have been in stock, everywhere in the world, for months! Though, there are a few exceptions. Let's get into it.

Dutch fulfillment center:

(Orders starting with EU and ROW)

White Zinc 80HE Separate Case

These cases slipped into backorder a few weeks ago, with new orders getting allocated to EU-Halsketting-0. This batch is en route to our fulfillment center, but it is traveling via sea freight and is not expected to arrive until early October.

We don't want to keep you waiting that long to get your new case (and keyboard, probably)! Therefore, we are shipping a portion of the next batch, EU-Slangenvlieg-1 via air freight.

All existing orders have been reallocated to this new batch, which is going to leapfrog the previous batch, and arrive at our fulfillment center around the 19th of August.

Enough units are being shipped this way so that when it arrives, we expect to stay in stock until at least the middle of September. Should it fall into backorder again towards the end of September, that sea freight shipment will be right around the corner.

80% White Wrist Rest

The white 80HE wrist rest is also on backorder, with the next batch EU-universum-0 also traveling via sea freight. The container ship is arriving at the Port of Rotterdam in the next couple days, so this freight shipment is almost at our warehouse.

Customer orders will get fulfilled and shipped on or before the 20th of August.

United States fulfillment center:

ANSI-US Prebuilt Black Zinc 80HE

These keyboards are allocated to batch NA-Scallops-4 and are approaching the Port of Los Angeles. They will still need to clear customs, which takes a little bit longer these days than it used to.

**Customers can expect their order to get fulfilled and ship to them on or before the 21st of August. **

Hong Kong fulfillment center:

ANSI-US Prebuilt White Zinc 80HE

The next batch of prebuilt White Zinc ANSI-US 80HEs, HK-Haiwangxing, are finishing up getting manufactured. Next step is for quality control checks to be completed, and once passed these units will travel via truck to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.

Customers can expect their orders to get fulfilled and ship to them on or before the 28th of August.

For people living in the APAC region, you can choose at the time of purchase whether you want your order to get fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment center or our Dutch fulfillment center. If you don't want to wait until the end of August to get your new keyboard, you can have it shipped from the Netherlands instead!
